Product Details of YBW Outdoor Prefabricated Substation

1. Product Introduction

YBW series outdoor prefabricated substation (European-style) is designed and manufactured in compliance with GB/T 17467-2018 and IEC 62271-200. It is a compact, integrated power distribution package, positioned to replace traditional civil substations with fast deployment, high efficiency, safety, reliability and cost savings.

It integrates high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer, low-voltage switchgear, metering, reactive power compensation, intelligent monitoring, lightning protection and moisture-proof systems. All assembly, wiring, testing and commissioning are completed in the factory. On site, only foundation fixing, cable connection and grounding are needed, greatly shortening construction period and cost.

The fully sealed and anti-corrosion enclosure enables stable operation in harsh outdoor environments: high temperature, cold, humidity, dust and coastal salt fog. The substation supports flexible customization for voltage, capacity, protection grade and power supply mode (terminal, ring main, dual-power).

An intelligent monitoring system is optional for real-time status monitoring, fault alarm and remote operation, realizing unattended operation and intelligent management.
