Product Details of YBP Series Box-Type Substation

1. Product Introduction

YBP series box-type substation (European-style) is an outdoor integrated power supply equipment, which highly combines high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer and low-voltage distribution devices.

It adopts an I-shape or triangle-shape compartment structure, with separate high-voltage room, transformer room and low-voltage room. It has the advantages of complete electrical isolation, safe operation and convenient maintenance.

The whole equipment is prefabricated, assembled and tested in the factory. It only needs power connection on site to be put into operation, greatly shortening the construction period. It is widely used to replace traditional civil substations, and is the preferred equipment for urban grid, residential quarters, industrial parks and other outdoor power supply projects.

3. Main Features

  1. Modular structure & reasonable layout

    Independent three-compartment design, with HV, transformer and LV systems isolated from each other. Mechanical interlock is equipped for safe and easy operation and maintenance.

  2. Factory prefabrication & fast commissioning

    All components are assembled, insulated and tested in the factory. Only foundation fixing and cable connection are needed on site, which can be energized within 3–5 days.

  3. High safety and protection

    Equipped with complete five-prevention interlock to avoid misoperation. The cabinet is made of high-quality steel or aluminum alloy with anti-corrosion treatment, which is dustproof, rainproof, anti-corrosion and UV-resistant for all-weather outdoor use.

  4. Energy saving & strong adaptability

    Can be equipped with SCB13 dry-type transformer or S13 oil-immersed transformer, meeting national Level 3 energy efficiency with low loss and low noise. Suitable for ring network, terminal and dual-power supply.

  5. Maintenance-free & low operation cost

    Good sealing, moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-condensation. Long maintenance-free service life. Intelligent monitoring can be added for remote measurement, communication and control, supporting unattended operation.

  6. Flexible movement & easy expansion

    Small size, covering only 1/5 to 1/10 area of traditional substations. Easy for hoisting and moving. Capacity can be upgraded quickly by replacing transformer or adding outgoing loops.
