Adopting high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with a 45° full-step-lap structure, it greatly reduces hysteresis and eddy current losses. Compared with traditional S7 transformers, no-load loss is reduced by approximately 10%, load loss by about 24%, and no-load current by around 46%. Long-term operation significantly cuts electricity expenses with a short return-on-investment period, ideal for energy-saving grid renovation.
2. Fully Sealed & Maintenance-Free, High Reliability
Equipped with a fully sealed corrugated oil tank, eliminating the traditional oil conservator, so that the insulating oil is completely isolated from air to prevent oxidation, moisture absorption and leakage. The core assembly is cured with epoxy resin; the winding adopts a spiral structure with vertical oil ducts. Core lifting and oil replacement are not required, with minimal routine maintenance, high operational stability and long mean time between failures.

The iron core uses multi-stage lamination technology with uniform magnetic circuit distribution. Optimized winding design delivers outstanding resistance to sudden short circuits, adapting to voltage fluctuations and sudden load changes.
