Product Overview
The 10kV oil-immersed distribution transformer series is a core equipment in the power transmission and distribution system, covering full energy efficiency grades including S10, S11, S13, S18, S20, and S22. It includes specialized models such as wound-core type (S11-M-R) and amorphous alloy type (SH15). Adopting a fully sealed corrugated tank and oil-immersed self-cooling technology, the product features high reliability, low loss, and strong environmental adaptability, and is widely used in outdoor and indoor power distribution scenarios such as urban and rural power grids, industrial and mining enterprises, and new energy projects.

Structural Features
1. Core: Made of 0.23mm–0.30mm high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with 45° fully mitered seams or wound-core structure, no punching binding, significantly reducing no-load loss and operating noise.
2. Windings: High-voltage side adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure, low-voltage side uses oxygen-free copper foil/flat wire winding. With reinforced end supports, it has excellent resistance to mechanical stress from short circuits.
3. Tank: Fully sealed corrugated tank with vacuum oil filling process. Corrugated fins automatically compensate for oil volume changes, no conservator required, achieving maintenance-free and leak-proof performance.
4. Insulation System: High-quality mineral insulating oil combined with Nomex paper insulation, partial discharge ≤5pC, stable insulation performance and long service life.
