Product Introduction

The S10 series is a high-reliability three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformer, which is an upgraded and energy-saving version of the traditional S9 series. It adopts a fully sealed corrugated tank structure, which effectively isolates external air and moisture, slows down the aging speed of insulating oil, and ensures stable performance, low energy loss and long service life during long-term operation. With its balanced performance, reasonable cost and easy maintenance, this series is widely used in urban and rural power grids, industrial and mining enterprises, old distribution network renovation projects, as well as indoor and outdoor power distribution scenarios such as residential districts, factories and small and medium-sized commercial places.

Model Explanation

· • S: Abbreviation for Three-phase, indicating that the transformer is suitable for three-phase AC power supply systems, which can meet the large-scale power demand of industrial and civil fields and ensure stable and continuous power supply.

· • 10: Performance series code, representing the performance level of the transformer, corresponding to the national Level 2 energy efficiency standard, with lower loss and more stable operating performance compared with the S9 series, and higher cost performance compared with the S11 series.

· • M: Abbreviation for Sealed corrugated tank, indicating that the transformer adopts a fully sealed corrugated tank design without an oil conservator, which can realize maintenance-free and leak-proof performance, reduce later operation and maintenance costs, and adapt to harsh outdoor environments.

· • Rated Voltage: 10kV/0.4kV, which is the mainstream voltage level of domestic distribution networks. The high-voltage side is 10kV, and the low-voltage side is 0.4kV, which is perfectly suitable for most industrial and civil power distribution scenarios.

· • Rated Capacity: 30kVA–2500kVA, covering 18 common specifications from small to large, which can be flexibly selected according to the actual power demand of users, including 30kVA, 50kVA, 80kVA, 100kVA, up to 2500kVA, meeting the needs of different scales of power distribution.

· • Voltage: 10±5%/0.4kV, the high-voltage side has a voltage regulation range of ±5%, which can flexibly adjust the voltage according to the fluctuation of the power grid, effectively avoiding voltage instability and ensuring stable output voltage for electrical equipment.

· • Tap changer: Off-circuit tap changer, which needs to be operated under power failure, with simple operation, reliable contact, long service life and low failure rate; on-load tap changer can be customized according to user needs to realize voltage regulation without power failure for special scenarios.

· • Cooling: ONAN (Oil Natural Air Natural), which is oil-immersed self-cooling mode, with stable heat dissipation efficiency, simple structure, low failure rate, suitable for conventional load operation; ONAF (forced air cooling) can be selected as needed to improve load capacity by 20%-30%.

· • Connection group: Dyn11 / Yyn0, Dyn11 is the mainstream connection mode, which has strong short-circuit withstand capability, stable voltage waveform and good compatibility, suitable for most industrial and civil power distribution scenarios; Yyn0 is optional for small-capacity civil scenarios.

· • Insulation class: Class A, the maximum temperature of the top oil is ≤105℃, the insulation performance is stable and reliable, the breakdown voltage of the insulating oil is ≥30kV, and the partial discharge is ≤10pC, which can effectively extend the service life of the transformer to more than 15 years.

· • Energy efficiency: GB 20052 Level 2, which meets the national Level 2 energy efficiency standard, with no-load loss 20%-30% lower than S9 series, realizing obvious energy-saving effect and balancing energy saving and cost.

· • Low noise, reliable operation: With optimized magnetic circuit design and high-quality core materials, the operating noise is controlled at 50-58dB(A), which meets the national standard requirements, and the operation is stable and reliable, with a failure rate of ≤0.5% per year, suitable for most non-sensitive noise scenarios.

· • Low cost, easy installation: It has high cost performance, lower initial purchase cost compared with S11 series, and balanced performance and cost.
