I. Product Overview

The SCB9 series is a 10kV class three-phase epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer, an energy-saving indoor power distribution product. The coils are cast with epoxy resin under vacuum, featuring oil-free, fire-resistant, explosion-proof, and environmentally friendly properties. It is suitable for places with high safety requirements such as high-rise buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, subways, factories, and data centers.

II. Structural Features

Iron Core: High-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with 45° fully mitred joints and no perforated binding, ensuring low loss and low noise.

Windings: High-voltage coils are cast with epoxy resin under vacuum, having high mechanical strength, resistance to short circuits and impact.

Insulation: F/H class insulation, flame-retardant and self-extinguishing, non-polluting, and can be directly installed in the load center.

Cooling: Natural air cooling (AN) / forced air cooling (AF).

Protection: Can be equipped with IP20, IP30 protective enclosures, safe and reliable.
