Product Details of ZS Type Draw-out Switchgear
I. Product Introduction
ZS type draw-out switchgear (hereinafter referred to as ZS switchgear) is a low-voltage complete power distribution equipment designed and developed in accordance with GB/T 14048.1-2012, GB/T 14048.2-2020 and IEC 60439 international standards. It is positioned as highly efficient, safe, reliable, easy to maintain and flexibly expandable.
It is widely used in industrial enterprises, commercial buildings, residential quarters, public facilities, data centers, substations and other places. As core equipment for low-voltage main power distribution, power distribution and control distribution, it undertakes the important functions of power distribution, equipment control and fault protection.
ZS switchgear adopts a modular and draw-out structure. Electrical components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, fuses and instruments are integrated into withdrawable unit modules. Each functional unit (incoming unit, outgoing unit, capacitor compensation unit, control unit) can be independently drawn out and inserted to realize maintenance and quick replacement without power outage, solving the problems of complicated maintenance and large-scale power interruption of traditional fixed switchgear.
The equipment adopts a closed cabinet structure with high protection grade, standardized internal layout and excellent heat dissipation, which can effectively resist dust, moisture and foreign matters, ensuring long-term stable operation.
Compared with traditional fixed switchgear, ZS draw-out switchgear has obvious advantages: compact structure, high space utilization, convenient operation, high safety, reliability and strong expandability. Loops, components and protection functions can be flexibly configured according to user demands, supporting later expansion without replacing the whole cabinet, greatly reducing reconstruction cost.
In addition, complete interlock mechanisms are integrated to avoid misoperation risks such as mis-closing, mis-opening and mis-insertion, ensuring the safety of operators and equipment. The switchgear can be equipped with an intelligent monitoring system to realize real-time monitoring of voltage, current, power, temperature and other parameters, supporting fault alarm, remote control and data upload, helping users achieve intelligent and refined power distribution management.
