1. Product Introduction
OSZ takes the UniGear ZS series medium-voltage air-insulated switchgear as the core, and seamlessly integrates the PowerLine OS switch-fuse unit, forming a full-link power distribution and protection system from 12–24kV medium-voltage incoming/feeder to 0.4–0.69kV low-voltage side.
The cabinet adopts metal-clad, five-compartment partitioning and full-front operation design. The cabinet width can be as narrow as 500mm and supports wall-mounted installation.
The medium-voltage side is equipped with VD4 vacuum circuit breaker, with complete five-prevention interlock and internal arc protection; the low-voltage OS realizes dual functions of isolation and fast fuse protection, with visible break point and closed-door interlock to ensure maintenance safety.
The solution is compatible with digital monitoring, complies with global standards such as IEC/GB/UL, and is verified by millions of applications. It is suitable for industrial and infrastructure power distribution scenarios with limited space and high reliability requirements.
