GGD Product Details

 1. Product Introduction The GGD-type low-voltage distribution cabinet is a domestically standardized low-voltage switchgear system, designed in compliance with national standards (GB 7251.1/12, IEC 60439) and international specifications. Primarily designed for power systems operating at 50Hz AC with rated voltages up to 660V, it enables efficient power distribution, control, and protection. Featuring a modular architecture that balances safety, cost-effectiveness, and compatibility, this equipment caters to diverse low-voltage distribution needs across industrial, residential, and commercial applications, establishing itself as the core standard in low-voltage power distribution. II. Technical Parameters 1. Electrical specifications: Rated operating voltage ≤660V, rated operating current up to 6300A, rated short-time withstand current (1s) up to 50kA, rated peak withstand current up to 105kA, with excellent interrupting capability for high-current applications.

2. Structural Parameters: (customizable)

The cabinet is constructed from 8MF cold-formed steel, with a modular hole spacing of 20mm. Standard dimensions (height×width×depth) include 2200mm×800mm×600mm and 2200mm×1000mm×600mm, and can be customized as needed. The cabinet weighs approximately 150-200kg per unit.

3. Protection and Heat Dissipation: Standard IP30 protection rating, upgradable to IP40; the cabinet features heat dissipation slots at both ends for superior natural cooling efficiency, maintaining 3-5°C lower internal temperatures than comparable devices during full-load operation.

4. Installation specifications: Features a fixed mounting design with four corner mounting holes for easy hoisting and on-site deployment. The installation is simple and versatile, suitable for various scenarios including ground-level applications and distribution rooms. III. Main Features 1. Safety and reliability: Demonstrates outstanding thermal stability, effectively resisting short-circuit electric stress and thermal effects, thereby preventing connection loosening and cabinet deformation; the instrument door and frame are reliably grounded via flexible copper wires, significantly reducing electrical safety hazards. 2. Economical efficiency: The fixed structure eliminates the need for complex transmission components, resulting in approximately 40% lower manufacturing costs compared to drawer-type distribution cabinets, with reduced initial investment. Standardized design minimizes subsequent maintenance costs, achieving "low investment, high stability". 3. Universal Flexibility: The modular mounting holes are compatible with mainstream domestic and international brand components, offering strong interchangeability and versatility, and supporting future expansion and renovation. The cabinet dimensions can be customized as needed to accommodate various spatial and load requirements. 4. Easy installation and maintenance: The top cover is detachable, facilitating installation and transportation; functional zoning is clear, and wiring layout is standardized, enabling routine inspections and fault diagnosis without complex operations, resulting in high maintenance efficiency. 5. Durability and robustness: The steel frame structure is sturdy, offering excellent seismic and vibration resistance, making it ideal for complex industrial environments with dust and vibrations, and ensuring a long service life. IV. Application Scenarios 1. Industrial sector: Various factory workshops and industrial parks function as power distribution, receiving, interconnection, and feeding units to ensure stable power supply for production lines. 2. Power System: Low-voltage distribution at substations and distribution stations, supporting urban-rural grid upgrades and regional power allocation needs. 3. Commercial buildings: including shopping malls, office buildings, hotels, shopping centers and other commercial complexes, which are used for public area lighting and power supply to power equipment. 4. Public Welfare Projects: Hospitals, schools, residential communities, airports, and other facilities, meeting the requirements for power distribution and protection under low voltage levels. 5. Special scenarios: Compatibility
