School-Enterprise Cooperation Cultivates Talents, Building a New Bridge for Common Development — Visit Event Held by Xinda Transformer Co., Ltd. and Liaocheng Polytechnic College

On March 24, Li Xinquan, Vice Dean of the School of Economics and Trade, Cao Xianpeng, Deputy Secretary of the General Party Branch of the School of Economics and Trade, together with teachers and students from Liaocheng Polytechnic College, visited Xinda Transformer Co., Ltd. for enterprise tour, on-site exchange and recruitment interviews. Mr. Wang (Deputy General Manager), Mr. Meng (Deputy General Manager), Mr. Lu (General Manager Assistant), Minister Wei of the General Department and Vice Minister Lv of the Production Department accompanied the delegation throughout the event.

In the production workshop, Vice Minister Lv led the students to observe the entire transformer manufacturing process on site, and gave detailed explanations on equipment structure, working principles and production techniques. This enabled students to directly experience the rigor and standardization of power equipment manufacturing in a real production environment, and deeply integrate professional knowledge with practical production.

Afterwards, Mr. Lu and Minister Wei introduced the company's development history, technological advantages and corporate culture in the exhibition hall. They also held face-to-face communications with students on hot topics including job requirements, career development paths, salary and welfare, and patiently answered questions about career planning and skill improvement.

All students participated in on-site job interviews, communicating in-depth with the company's recruitment team to demonstrate their professional competence and employment intention.
